Hello, beautiful souls,
Today, I’m reaching out to those struggling with persistent dieting and disordered eating, assuring you that you are not alone in this journey of healing. I see you, and I want you to know, you are not alone. The path to a healthy relationship with food is often confusing and chaotic. If I had a dollar for every time a client expressed, “I know WHAT to eat, but I just don’t know HOW to do it,” I’d be rich!
Walking Through the Construction Zone:
I’m here to assure you that I will walk beside you through the construction zone; the guilt, the intrusive thoughts, the scoldings, the binging, the restricting/starving, the horrible moods, and the self-loathing. Together, we can navigate to the other side. You can learn to trust yourself with food, shop for nourishment with sanity, and plan or prep a meal with a more relaxed intention. Say goodbye to mindless snacking and embrace a sense of food confidence and freedom like never before.
Food Doesn’t Have to Be Confusing:
Food doesn’t have to be confusing. IF I CAN PLANT TWO SEEDS to put in your pocket, reflect on and empower you to go on to next level, it is this:
It’s Not Your Fault!!
It’s not. Our environment bombards us with toxic messages about food and our bodies. How does a person NOT find themselves caught up in them? They are everywhere! I’m here to help you learn to tune that toxic stuff OUT!
The Dieting Industry Deception:
Dieting is a deceitful and exploitative business. The dieting industry is a multi-billion dollar business, and here’s why that’s important: Diets don’t work for the majority. Only a small 5% find success. The industry targets you to make you hate yourself and your body to get you hooked on the dieting cycle. You blame yourself when they inevitably fail, but it’s not you that’s flawed; it’s the flawed process of dieting. Diets dysregulate your relationship with yourself, with food, making it hard to trust yourself or like yourself. We will fix that 😉
Breaking Free from the Racket:
The dieting industry pretends to know what you need better than you do. It thrives on manipulating you to hate your body, gain more weight and then be unable to part ways with dieting….forever. Ugh! I can’t even express the anger I feel toward this industry as it destroys lives and health. Not to mention, It literally sucks the life out of you because dieting is so all consuming. Let me help you break free from this racket. I’ve worked with countless long-term dieters (see their stories here), and I want to say: I see you. You are special, fun, smart, exciting, hardworking, an amazing parent, daughter, son, friend, a good person. You don’t need to spend one more day utterly confused about how or what to eat….you don’t need to diet ever again.
Life is undoubtedly challenging, even more so when caught in this dysregulating, frustrating cycle. But here’s the promise: I can help. Reach out, book a discovery call, let’s chat, and embark on a new road—towards food freedom, toward self-confidence with food, and give you your time back so that you can spend your mental and physical energy on things that truly bring you JOY!
Remember, you are worth the journey to healing.
